The first Iraqi Security Company that has been established in the free Iraq . It was initially incorporated in Kirkuk on May 2003 at the behalf and supervision of the Coalition Forces Commander (173rd Airborne Brigade) in order to provide security support for the Coalition Forces during the period that follows Iraqi liberation in addition to the protection for the vital facilities of Iraq.

This Company has so far employed more than 3000 trained security persons who have been deployed in different parts of Iraq.

Iraqi Establishments Protection Company (hereafter I. E. P. C) is registered in the Iraqi Ministry of Trade under the Registration number M/SH 14311 and has the License of Ministry of Interior ( Certificate of Authorization # 23 ).
